Darren’s passion for surveying began when he was serving in the Canadian Armed Forces in Germany in the early 1990’s. Once back in Canada, he pursued his education and started in the field: learning the business from the ground up. He received his commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor in 2007. Darren joined the Precision Geomatics Inc. Calgary team in 2005, and has progressed from Project Manager to President in 2018. He is also a full status member of Yellow Quill First Nations. As a six-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher, his dedication, commitment, perseverance and resilience has certainly set him up for success.
